This program is performed by a certified prenatal and postpartum fitness coach and nutritionist.


Service Description

A wellness program designed to meet you where you are. The goal is to help manage and reduce maternal health risks during pregnancy and postpartum through fitness, nutrition and support. What's included: Welcome Kits that include: Gym bag Yoga mat 2 sets of resistance bands Wellness log Water bottle Sweat towel Mama Meet-Ups Personalized fitness plan Nutritional guidance Mental health and postpartum check-ins Workshops Resources Referrals
